摘要
连铸机结晶器振动装置可以保证在浇铸过程中板坯与结晶器壁不发生粘结以获得良好的铸坯表面质量,所以要求液压振动系统运动轨迹准确,精度高,稳定性好。本文通过建立相应的结晶器液压伺服系统的数学模型,采用H∞控制对液压系统参数摄动等的不确定性因素进行了仿真,结果表明所设计的H∞控制器具有良好的跟踪特性和对参数摄动的鲁棒性。
The continuous casting mould oscillating equipments can ensure the slab and walls of mould not to be slabby together to obtain good cast slab surface quality. Therefore, oscillating equipment should keep some characteristics, for example, exact tracks, high precise and good stability. The hydraulic servo oscillating systems of slab continuous casting mould were analyzed, and mathematic models were established. H∞ mixed sensitivity approach was adopted to simulate the uncertainties of hydraulic servo oscillating systems such as parameters disturbance. Simulation results show that the robust H∞ mixed sensitivity controller can make the control objects possess very good robust and track characteristics.
