For a QTZ30 tower crane whose working mechanism has no action after hydraulic pump of hydraulic climbing system start - up, the faults of hydraulic climbing system were analyzed and the corresponding solution to faults was provided. Some attentive proceedings for the using and maintenance of the hydraulic system were presented.
