摘要 目的:改进兔VX2肝肿瘤模型的制作,使之更为简便、省时,结合瘤灶的MRI表现动态分析瘤灶的病理生长特性。方法:新西兰大白兔(16只),随机分成4组(每组4只),在螺旋CT引导下,把瘤块组织接种于兔肝脏左、右叶,接种后第14、18、22、26天分别行MRI平扫及病理分析。结果:16只实验兔发现瘤灶,成瘤率100%;随着肿瘤生长时间的不断延长,瘤内凝固性坏死、纤维增生和肝内转移呈明显递增趋势,MRI清楚显示了上述改变。结论:螺旋CT引导下进行兔VX2肝肿瘤模型的制作,使制作过程更为简便、省时;结合MRI图像,对瘤灶的生长特性进行动态病理分析,可更为准确地解释瘤灶发生、发展的影像学改变。 Objective To improve the preparation of rabbit liver tumor model with VX2 tumor, and to analyze the growing features of VX2 tumor using MRI plane scans. Methods Sixteen adult New Zealand white rabbits randomly classified into 4 experimental groups(4 rabbits each group), The liver tumors of rabbit model were processed in the left and right livers with VX2 tumor tissues via spiral CT guide. On the 14th, 18th, 22nd and 26th days after tumor implanted, MRI plane scans and pathologic analysis were performed. Results Sixteen rabbits were successfully implanted and its successful rate was 100%. After, tumor implanted, coagulation necrosis, fiber hyperplasia and translations within liver in the progress had an obvious increase, MRI displayed above changes clearly. Conclusions The preparing process of rabbit liver tumor model with VX2 tumor via spiral CT guide is simpler and more convenient. The dynamic pathologic analysis of VX2 tumor can be effectively explained by MRI.
