摘要
本文报道了斑叶竹节海棠的离体快速繁殖实验及结果.以斑叶竹节海棠的叶片为外植体,在含有不同浓度配比的6-BA和NAA的MS培养基上诱导生芽,其中以0.4mg/L6-BA和0.2mg/LNAA的配比为最佳,生芽率达94%.以此培养基为增殖培养基成苗.当苗长至3-4cm时.切下苗在1/2MS或1/2MS+0.1mg/LIAA的培养基上生根,获得了再生植株并移栽成活,成活率达90%.在增殖和生根过程中,用食糖代替蔗糖.用自来水代替蒸馏水亦取得了较好的效果,为斑叶竹节海棠的批量化生产奠定了基础.
The buds were induced when leaf segmentS of B. macuiata Radd. were cultured on MS media supplemented with different combinations of 6 - BA and NAA. The best combination was 0. 4 mg/L 6 - BA and 0. 2 mg/L NAA,in wich the buding percentage and the buds grew into shoots. When shoots reached 3 - 4 cm, they were cut off and cultured in 1/2MS medium or supplemented with 0. 1 mg/L IAA, and roots were produced. Plants were translated into pots, the survival percentage was about 90 %. During Propagation and rooting, chemical pure sucrose can be replaced by white sugar, and distilled water by tap water. This is more economical in commercial production of B .macuiata Radd..
