摘要
对一种新型的蜗杆传动———端面蜗轮副分析和建立了数学模型,运用包络理论,建立了端面蜗轮副的通用齿面方程,分析计算了齿面的综合曲率。为这类蜗杆传动的研制和CAD系统的开发奠定了基础。
The mathematical model has been analyzed and established for a kind of new typed worm--end faced worm wheel pair transmission. The envelope theory was used to establish the general tooth surface equation of end faced worm wheel pair, and the synthetic curvature of tooth surface has been analyzed and computed. Thus a foundation was laid for the research and manufacture of this kind of worm transmission and the development of CAD system.
