摘要
论述了双摆线钢球减速器的结构、类型及工作原理,对其啮合原理、连续啮合条件进行了分析,并以一级Ⅰ型减速器为例,对传动比进行了计算,得出了结论。这种减速装置适于要求体积小、传动比大,以传递运动为主的传动系统,具有广阔的发展前景。
This paper expounded the structure, type and working principle of double cycloidal ball reducer. An analysis was carried out on its meshing principle and condition of continuous engagement, and a conclusion has obtained by taking the one-staged ? typed reducer as an example to carry out the calculation on transmission ratio. This kind of speed reducing device lS Suitable for the transmission system,which needs smaller volume, bigger transmission ratio and mainly for transmitting movement, and has broad developing prospect.
