摘要
首先探讨了基于动力特性灵敏度分析的动力修改技术。建立了某农用车车架的参数化有限元模型,并对车架进行灵敏度分析,在分析结果的指导下,进行了车架的动力修改,取得了良好的效果,为农用车改型设计及推出新产品提供了思路和设计依据,为在工程实践中应用结构动力修改和结构优化设计理论作了有益的尝试。
First of all the dynamic modification technique based on sensibility analysis of dynamic characteristics was probed. The parameterized finite element model of the frame of certain agricultural vehicle was established, and a sensitivity analysis on the frame was carried out. Under the guidance of the analyzed result, the dynamic modification on the frame was carried out and good effects had been obtained, thus provided train of thought and foundation of design with a certain value of reference for the retrofit design of agricultural vehicle and dedu eing new products. The practice of this paper made valuable attempts for the dynamic modification of structure and let the de signing theory of structural optimization be applied to engineering practice.
