摘要 在知识经济时代,知识创新已经成为知识型企业的核心竞争力。技术研发的管理是企业形成这种核心竞争力的基础。本文通过介绍软件研发的工程性和艺术性等特征,分析在中国当前高科技人才流动频繁的情况下,对如何保持团队知识共享、提高创新能力,以及建立什么样的激励约束机制等问题提出对策。 In the knowledge-economy times, knowledge innovation has become the core competency of knowledged-based enterprise development. Technocal research management and development is the basis to form this competency. This paper analyzes existing problems in China and put forward some countermeasures on how to keep work-team knowledge sharing , how to improve innovation ability and what incentive-disciplined mechanism we should build under the current condition of Chinese economic environment in which high-tech talents changing their jobs frequently by introducing the engineering and artistic features of software research and development.
