摘要 大型火电单元机组的协调控制对象是一个多变量、强耦合的控制对象,针对此对象设计合适的解耦控制器是急需解决的问题。由于非线性系统可以用多个线性模型来逼近,多模型方法被认为是处理非线性系统常用的方法和技术。该文以330MW单元机组为仿真模型,针对协调控制系统的非线性和耦合等特性,首先建立协调控制系统的非线性模型,然后对此模型在3个工况点下进行线性化,设计与之对应的多变量动态解耦控制器,进而用T-S模糊模型合成出模糊多模型全局控制系统。仿真研究结果证明了这种新型协调控制系统的有效性。 The object of coordinated control system in the boiler-turbine unit of the thermal power plant is a complicated multivariable and close coupling system. It is necessary that the problem of the suitable coupling controller is devised. Because non-linear system can be closed by multi linear models,the method of multi-model is considered common method and technique for processing non-linear system.As the non-linear and coupling character of coordinated control system, the non-linear model is built based on 330MW unit plant as simulation model firstly. Then the model is linearized under three work conditions and the dynamic decoupling controller is designed to the corresponding systems. A global control system based on Fuzzy multi-model is composed by T-S fuzzy model. The simulation result shows the validity of this newtype coordinated control system.
