摘要
以盐酸酸洗废液和废铁屑为原料,制备了聚硅酸聚合氯化铁复合型絮凝剂(PSPFC),研究了Fe/Si摩尔比、pH值、熟化温度、熟化时间等因素对絮凝性能的影响。结果表明,当制备条件为Fe/Si摩尔值为1.5、pH值为0.75、40℃时熟化1 h,所得产品絮凝效果最好。
With the chlorhydric acid--wastewater and scrap iron, the Polysilicic acid--olyferric chloride (PSPFC) flocculant was prepared under different conditions. By investigating the removing rate of turbidity, the results showed that the flocculation efficiency was influenced by the Fe/Si molar rate, pH value, curing temperature and curing time. As the results showed, when the technological conditions were Fe/Si molar rate 1.5, pH value 0. 75, curing temperature 40 22 and curing time 1 h, the flocculation effect of product was best.
