摘要
在2002—2004年道路交通噪声实地调查的基础上,以公众反应为尺度,以城市空间结构为分类背景,对兰州市交通噪声的特征进行了多角度分析、评价,进而探究产生噪声问题的深层次原因和解决之道,为今后环境监测布点设计和城市总体规划提供思路。
The traffic noise is one of the main problem of the city, this thesis is based on the detected data which is got from our personal research study between the year 2002 to 2004 in Lanzhou City, make the present and contrast analysis of traffic noise pollution with several index in latest three years in Lanzhou City, and take reflection of the public as the yardstick, take ur- ban space structure as the background, have drawn that: ( 1 ) The public's reflection to different functions road, different administrative road, different directions road are that, the noise rises and falls greatly, noisy and seldom acceptable ; (2) Point out the tendency of the noise pollution' s change under different regional geographical features in Lanzhou and the reason of urban planning. In the end, we give some suggestion that, to look for the prevention countermeasure of the urban environment question from the aspect of " leading along from urban planning and environmental impact by hand "
