从杭州市经历的一系列事件出发,引出对杭州城市现代化发展新态势的思考,针对杭州市政府提出的构建“休闲城市”的理念,从城市空间环境资源的角度阐述了构建“休闲城市”所需具备的四大资源条件以及杭州城市空间环境四大资源的属性及其特殊品质———完整性、均衡性、优越性,肯定杭州构建“休闲城市”理念的可行性。

Begin with a series of events happening in Hangzhou, the paper put forward the consideration of the new developing situation of modernization. And then in accordance with the thoughts of forming a Leisure City in Hangzhou putting forward by the local government, the paper expatiates upon the four resources which is needed in forming a Leisure City as well as the property and special quality of these four resources - integrality, equilibrium and superiority, thus it affirms the feasibility of forming a Leisure City in Hangzhou.
