阐述以体制创新和科技创新推动江西经济的快速发展,剖析制约我省经济增长方式转变的原因,和加快经济增长方式转变的几点建议。
The factors which restrict the transformation of the pattern of economic increase were analyzed and propositions of enhancing the transformation were put forward.
