野草净微乳剂中有效成分的离子抑制色谱测定法

Ion-courter-chromatographic Method for Determination Active Ingredient of Ye Cao Jing Microemulsion

用离子抑制技术在高效反相色谱中，同时测定了野草净中的有效成分１，２－二甲基－３，５－二苯基吡唑甲基硫酸盐和２，４－Ｄ酯。选择甲醇／乙腈／水为流动相，线性相关系数均为０．９９９７，回收率分别是９８．６±１．２６％和１０１．２±１．３４％。

Yan Mat Ku and 2, 4-Dester (the active ingredients of Ye Cao Jing ) have been determinedwith reversed-phase HPLC at the same time. Ion-courter-chromatography technique is used fordetermination, it shows good effect of separation. Four systems of elutjon have been investigated.The Yan Mat Ku and the 2, 4-Dester are determined with methanol/ acetonitrile/water. Correlationcoefficients are 0. 999 7. Recoverys are 98. 61 ± 26% and 101. 2±1. 34 % respectively.
