摘要
利用挤压铸造法制备了Al2O3(20%V)/Al-12Si复合材料并采用透射电镜动态拉伸技术对复合材料的裂纹形成及微观断裂过程进行了原位观察,发现该复合材料的纤维/基体界面是破坏路径之一。
The crack initiation and fracture of the Al 2O 3 short fibre reinforced Al 12Si matrix composite which was prepared by using squeeze cast method were in situ studied in a transmission electron microscope (TEM).The results show that the fibre/matrix interface is the one of the fracture courses of the composite.Also,the phenomenon of the failure of the fibre resulted from crack initiation and propagation in it was observed in the experiment.
