摘要
根据零件性能要求,设计材料密度的大小。通过讨论零件形状对材料密度分布的影响,采取相应措施,用一次压制成形法可以生产较高密度和形状复杂的结构零件。
Density of P/M structure parts material has been designed based on the requirement of parts performance. The influence of parts shape on material density distribution is discussed. P/M structure parts of high density and complex shape can be made by single pressing.
