高功率微波源相位锁定的理论分析

摘要 本文从微波振荡源的等效集总电路模型出发,讨论了两个高功率微波振荡源之间的相位锁定问题,给出了适用于不同注入功率比情形下的相位锁定条件以及对应的锁定相位差计算公式。以往广泛采用的公式仅是本文结果的一个特例。两种方法数值模拟的结果表明:当注入功率比的值较小时,两者之间的差别可以忽略不计;而当注入功率比以及频率差的值较大时。 The phase-locking problem of two high power microwave oscillators has been analyzed by the use of a lumped equivalent circuit concept.As a result,the phase locking condition and locked phases for various injected power ratios are proposed.The conventional phase locking theory is only a degenerate case of that one presented in this paper.Numerical simulations show that the disagreement between the conventional result and the novel method can actually be ignored when the injected power ratio is small,however,the conventional phase locking theory must be modified when the injected power ratio and the frequency difference are large enough,since the error will be intolerable according to the Adlers locking condition.
