摘要 目的探讨温度和光周期对家蝇幼虫滞育的影响。方法将家蝇卵置于不同温度和光周期下饲养,观察幼虫发育至蛹的时间。结果随着温度的降低,幼虫滞育期延长;随着温度的升高,滞育幼虫发育为蛹的时间缩短,15℃为最佳滞育温度。光周期对幼虫滞育的影响不大。结论温度对家蝇幼虫滞育的维持和终止有重要作用。高温可解除家蝇幼虫的滞育。光周期对家蝇幼虫滞育的影响不大。 Objective To explore the effects of temperature and photoperiod on diapanse of beuaefly larvae. Methods Observing the time needed for the growth of larvae to pupae by raising housefly eggs at different temperature and in different photoperiod. Results An increase of temperature leads to time-shortening for the diapause of larvae ,whereas an decrease of temperature leads to time - prolonging for the diapanse of larvae . The optimum temperature of diapause is 15℃. Photoperiod brings for the little effect on the rib, pause of larvae. Conclusions The results indicated that temperature played a very impeortant role. in mainlaining and term;hating the diapause of housefly larvae. The diapause of housefly larvae can be terminated by high hemperature. Photoperiod produces little influence on the diapause of housefly larvae.
