摘要
目的从病理学和细胞因子角度观察雷公藤多甙栓对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(U lcerative Colitis,UC)的治疗效果和作用机理。方法将SD大鼠制成UC模型,将模型鼠随机分为治疗组和治疗对照组,分别以雷公藤多甙栓和柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)栓治疗,同时设正常对照组。观察各组大鼠结肠组织的病理变化和测定大鼠血清TNF-a和IL-8的水平。结果与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠的结肠组织病理明显改善,血清中TNF-a和IL-8的水平明显升高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论雷公藤多甙栓对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠有明显的治疗作用,可能是通过抗炎及调节免疫来实现的。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosidium suppository on Ulcerative Colitis (UC) model rats from pathology and cytokine. Methods Sprague--Duwley(SD) rat model of UC was established ,UC model rats were randomly divided into treatment group and treatment control group,They were treated by Tripterygium wilfordii polygiycosidium suppository and Sulfasalazine (SASP) suppository and detected with normal rats served as controls. In every group, pathological change and the level of TNF -α(Tumour necrosis factor alpha) and IL-8 ( Interleukin-8 ) in sera were observed. Results In comparison with model group, pathological change was got better in treatment group and there was notably improved about the level of TNF-α and IL-8 in sera, there was very significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Tripterygium wilfordii polygiycosidium suppository has treatment effect on rats from ulcerative colitis , it was a probable way from resisting inflammatory and regulating immunization.
