咪唑啉型表面活性剂的合成与应用

SYNTHETISE AND APPLICATION OF IMIDAZOLINE-TYPE SURFACTANT

着重研究了用脂肪酸和二乙烯三胺反应合成咪唑啉衍生物的工艺条件，探讨了反应物的配料比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响，得出了最佳反应条件；并用棉籽油合成了缓蚀剂咪唑啉衍生物，试验了产品的乳化性能，测定了产品的缓蚀效率，并对反应的原料选择作了一定探讨．

Technological qualifications of synthetizing imidazoline derivant by the reaction of aliphatic acid and diethylenetriamine were studied and the influence by factors as blend proportion of reactants,temperature and time or reaction etc.,from that optimum requiements for reaction could be obtained; moreover,corrosion inhibitor imidazoline derivants were synthesised from cotton oil,tested the emulsibisity,and the efficiency of corrosion of the products determined,and finally the materials selection was explored.
