摘要
报道了利用蚕豆根尖微核技术监测小清河水体污染的试验,取得了阳性结果.各监测点的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率均高于对照,表明小清河水体中有诱变物质存在.此技术方法可作为监测评价小清河水质的一种生物学方法.
The experiment result of micronucleus technique in Viola face root tip cells for monitoring water pollution of Xiaoqing River was reported. It has shown that micronule in all monitoring points was higher than those in control. It demonstrated that the water of Xiaoqing River was polluted. This method can be used as a biological method in monitoring water pollution of Xiaoqing River.
