摘要
介绍蜂胶中咖啡酸苯乙酯(CAPE)的最近研究进展;查阅了大量相关文献,总结了CAPE的化学结构、药理作用等内容;结果:CAPE是蜂胶中的主要活性组分,具有广泛的生物学活性,如抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫调节以及抗氧化作用;CAPE在食品、医学上具有广阔的应用前景。
Introduce the advance in the research of caffeic acid phenethyl ester （CAPE） in recent years. Reading a lot of related materials and summarizing the chemistry structure and pharmacological properties of CAPE. Results： CAPE is one of the major components of honeybee propolis, and has demonstrated several biological and pharmacological properties, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, immunomodulatory and anti-oxidant activities. The application future of CAPE in food and medicine is expected.
