摘要
比较传统热回流提取与微波辅助提取大花红景天有效成份的效果。通过单因素和正交实验,确定并比较了两种方法的最佳工艺条件。结论:微波辅助提最佳提取工艺条件为95%乙醇体积分数,1:20料液比,功率中频,提取时间30s,提取次数两次;微波辅助提取在提取时间和有效成分提取率方面与热回流提取有着很大差别,微波辅助提取率高于热回流提取率40%以上,所需时间大大缩短。
This paper compared the result of heat heat circum-fluence extraction with that of microwave-assisted extraction of Salidroside from Rhodiola crenulata .The optimum extraction conditions are compared and fixed on by using single factor and orthogonal test. Conclusion: The optimum extraction conditions of microwave-assisted extraction are ethanol solution of 95 % ,liquid-solid ratio of 1:20,microwave power of middle frequency, extraction time of 30 seconds, and extraction degrees of 2 ,respectively. There is obvious difference on the extraction rate and extraction time between microwave-assisted and heat circum-fluence ways, microwave-assisted extraction rate are apparently 40 % better than heat circum-fluence extraction, the taken time is also curtailed greatly.
