摘要 在近十年来,益生菌的研究在全球范围内已经形成热潮,本文详细介绍了益生菌的生理功能以及其安全性。 In the last ten years, the research of probiofics is various and active in the world. This thesis particularly introduces the biological functions and security of probiotics.
