冬泳对老年男性性激素水平的影响

Effect of Winter Swimming on the Sexual Hormones of the Male Old

目的了解冬泳老年男性血清性激素水平,探讨冬泳对老年男性性激素的影响,对老年男性勃起功能的作用.方法冬泳组,男性50例,年龄60～75岁,对照组,男性30例,年龄60～70岁,测定血清睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）的水平和T/E2的比值,测评勃起功能（勃起功能正常;勃起功能障碍）,进行比较.结果冬泳组T,E2和T/E2比值显著高于对照组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,勃起功能正常显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）,勃起功能障碍显著小于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论冬泳对老年男性性激素和神经内分泌功能有明显的促进和调节作用,冬泳能够激发、维持和提高老年男性的勃起功能.

Objective To investigate the serum sexual hormones in the winter swimming of the male old, to probe the effects of winter swimming on the sexual hormones of the male old and the actions of the erectile function of the penis. Methods Winter swimming group, male old, 50 cases, 60 -- 75 age; control group, male old, 30 cases, 60--70 age, to detect the serum testosterone（T）, estrogen（E2） and the ratio of T/E2, to investigate the erectile function of the penis（normal erectile function; erectile dysfunction） and compare. Results The data show that T,E2 and the ratio of T/E2 in the winter swimming group are much higher than those of control group（P 〈0.01, P 〈 0.05）, normal erectile function is higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）, erectile dysfunction is lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The winter swimming activities can promote and regulate the male sex hormones and the neuroendocrine functions of the male old, and stimulate, maintain and improve the erectile function of the penis of the male old people.
