糖尿病视网膜病变患者眼血流动力学变化的研究

Color Doppler flow imaging analysis of ocular hemodynamics in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的应用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)研究糖尿病患者眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉的血流动力学改变,为临床提供有参考价值的数据。方法检测40例(80只眼)正常人和35例(70只眼)糖尿病患者的眼动脉及视网膜中央动脉的血流情况。结果与正常组比较,糖尿病患者的眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉血流速度随着病程的延长明显下降(P<0.05),而阻力指数则增高(P<0.05)。结论高频CDFI超声是评价糖尿病视网膜病变时眼底血管血流动力学变化的有效方法,在糖尿病血管病变的诊断中具有重要的实用价值。

Objective To inustigate oeeular blood flow velocity in the eyes of paicients with diabetic retino pathy. Methods Hemodynamic parameters in the ophthalmic arteny（OA） ,central retinal artery（CRA） were determined with color Doppler sonography（CDS） in 70 eyes of 35 patients with diabetic retinopathy and 80 eyes of 40 patients of mormal controlts. Results Compared with normal subjects,the patients with diabetic retinopathy showed significant slower hemodynamic parameters with OA. CRA and higher with resistive index（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Color Doppler imaging analysis is a effective method to evaluatate the patients with diabetic retinpathy.
