Suspension array is a kind of multianalytes profiling system, which is built on proven, existing fluorescent color-coding microspheres, flow cytometery, lasers, digital signal processing-that have been combined in a unique way. By using 100 different bead sets, suspension array permits, the simultaneous analysis of up to 100 different biomolecules. Suspension array has the characteristics of the high- throughput, the high-sensitivity, parallel-detection, etc. It usually be used for immunity-analysis, nucleic-acid study,enzymology analysis, receptor and ligand study, and so on.
