摘要
采用8031单片机设计了经济型数控系统,从通用角度分析了数控系统的主控制器、存储器、步进电机的硬件组成与监控与操作、电动机正反转的实现和步进电机转速的控制软件功能的设置,给出了抗干扰电路设计和功能软件模块的设计方法。
This design utilized modle-8031 single chip microprocessor for a low cost numerical control system. The main control unit, internal memory, step motor's hardware integration, monitoring and operation, the realization of the motor's forward or inversing rotations and the step motor's speed control via a control software setup were analyzed in the light of universal use. The anti-interference circuit design and the functional software module's design methods were also proposed.
