摘要
阐述了铁路运输管理信息系统（ＴＭＩＳ）经济效益的基本特征和表现形式，就ＴＭＩＳ对货车周转时间产生的影响以及由此带来的经济效益进行分析和数值模拟，并提出了反映ＴＭＩＳ综合经济效益的数量指标。
In this paper, the fundamental characteristics and its form of economic benefits of Railway Transportation Management.Information System(TMIS) are expounded. The analysis about the influence of TMIS upon freight train turnover time and corresponding economic benefits are made. The numerical simulation of the analysis are presented, and puts forward The TMIS numerical index of intergrated economic benefits.
