铁路邮运成本分析与研究

The Analysis and Research on Railway Postal Transportation

通过对１９９３年、１９９４年的铁路邮运成本的计算，以及对近几年成本的分析，把当前铁路邮运成本与运价做了比较，分析了铁路邮运运价的不合理和调价的迫切性，提出了邮运运价的制定应以邮运成本为下限，并建议随着成本的变化每３年调整一次铁路邮运运价。

According to the calculations of the railway postal transport cost in 1993 and 1994, and the analysis of the costs in recent years, a comparison between costs and prices of postal transport has been made. On the basis of analysis the unsuitable prices and the urgency of price regulation, some proposals are put forward that the postal transport costs should be the floor limit of the postal transport prices and the prices should be adjusted every three years according to the fluctuation of costs.
