摘要
化学铣切成型是将零件置于一定的化学溶液中,在特定条件下,对零件腐蚀加工成型的工艺方法。该工艺具有铣切量均匀、易于控制的特点,特别适用于尺寸精度高和形状复杂零件的精密微量铣切加工。本文通过在试验的基础上对化学铣切工艺原理及工艺方法进行了探讨,并针对15-5PH不锈钢材料的化学铣切工艺配方进行了研究。
Chemistry milling is a method of part forming in definite solution under the certain condition, which is easy control and equality allowance. The method is often used in minim forming of high precision part or complex part. The principle and the method of chemistry milling are introduced in the paper. Based on these, the application of chemistry milling for 15-5PH stainless steel are given.
