少数民族地区林权争议调处的思考

Mediation of the Dispute Over the Property Right of Forest in the Region of Minority Ethnic Groups

依据《森林法》、《少数民族区域自治法》和少数民族林业发展实际,论述了民族自治地方实行林业生产建设的优惠政策及少数民族地区林权争议的类型,提出了六条解决少数民族地区林权争议的原则。

Based on the Law of Forest and Autonomous Law in Minority Ethnic Region as well as the situation in the region, favorable policy regarding the forest construction in the autonomous region and the dispute regarding the property right of forest are discussed. Six principles for solving the disputes are suggested.
