摘要
通过对西气东输工程中试用的管线全自动焊接技术的现场调查,在焊接工艺、钢管选配、焊缝质量、无损检测等方面作了较为详细的分析说明,并就提高焊接质量及全自动焊施工速度等问题提出了建议。
Through the site investigation of pipeline automatic welding technology tried to be used in West to East gas transmission project,it analyzes and shows the welding procedure,pipe matching,weld seam quality,NDT,etc.in detail and puts forward the suggestion to improve welding quality and automatic welding construction speed problem,etc..
