提高高频螺旋翅片管焊接合格率的途径及节能措施 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了螺旋翅片管高频焊接工艺及其成型基本原理。分析了高频焊接螺旋翅片管焊接合格率偏低的原因。通过分析和试验证明,要提高螺旋翅片管焊接合格率应从以下几方面着手:①合理确定压带轮的槽宽和槽深,以尽量减小压带轮的分流作用;②调整电极位置,改进电极结构;③尽量减小高频设备的电能损耗;④调整设备为最佳匹配状态;⑤尽量减小高频变压器附近铁磁性材料的铁损;⑥增加施焊时的顶锻压力。 The high frequency welding procedure and its forming fundamental of spiral fin pipe is introduced.The reason of lower welding qualified rate of high frequency welding spiral fin pipe is analyzed.The analysis and test proves that to improve the welding qualified rate of spiral fin pipe shall be taken measures from the following aspects.①Rationally fixed the tunnel width and depth of press band wheel to the best to reduce the distribution of press band wheel.②To adjust pole's position to improve(pole's) structure.③To try to reduce electric energy consumption of high frequency units.④To adjust equipment to the best matching status.⑤To try to reduce iron consumption of iron magnetic material near high frequency transformer.⑥To increase top forging pressure during applying welding.
