摘要
利用砌块厂的生产设备和原料成型390mm×190mm×190mm石渣粉混凝土空心砌块试件,系统测试单掺聚丙烯纤维、单掺膨胀剂和双掺聚丙烯纤维与膨胀剂对混凝土空心砌块湿胀干缩的影响规律。试验结果表明,单掺聚丙烯纤维、单掺膨胀剂和双掺聚丙烯纤维与膨胀剂均能限制混凝土空心砌块的湿涨干缩,其中,聚丙烯纤维的限制效果最好。
The stone ballast concrete hollow block test specimen (390 mm×190mm×190 mm) was formed using production equipment and raw materials of a concrete block factory.The influence of only adding polypropylene fiber,only adding expansion agent and adding beth of them on moisture expansion and dry shrinkage of concrete hollow block were systematically tested.The testing results showed that all of them can restrain the moisture expansion and drying shrinkage of concrete hollow block,among which polypropylene fiber is the most effective.
