摘要
为扩大生产规模和提高出水水质,某染整厂对原处理工艺进行了改造,采用水解酸化/好氧/混凝气浮组合工艺处理染整废水。实践结果表明,对SS、BOD5、COD、色度的总去除率分别达到63.6%、93.4%、92.3%、92.9%,出水水质全部达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287—92)的一级标准。
In order to enlarge production capacity and improve effluent quality, the original treatment process for dyeing and finishing wastewater from a textile factory in Jiangsu Province was modified to a combined hydrolysis-acidification/aerobic bio-oxidation/coagulation/air flotation. The practical results indicate that the removal efficiencies of SS, BOD5, COD and color are 63.6%, 93.4%, 92.3% and 92.9%, respectively. The effluent quality satisfies the class I criteria of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutant for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry( GB 4287 - 92).
