电导率法在线监测循环水浓缩倍率

On-line Monitoring the Concentration Ratio of the Recycle Water Using Conductivity Method

提出了一种简便、快捷的在线监测循环水浓缩倍率的新方法。该方法利用水的电导率指标来间接表示水溶液中的含盐量,进而求得循环水浓缩倍率。探讨了测定电导率的影响因素并将测定结果与Cl-浓度法的测定结果进行了比较,结果表明两种测试方法之间不存在显著性差异。

A new method, which can monitor the concentration ratio of the recycle water simply and rapidly, is introduced. In this method, the salt concentration of the recycle water is indicated by the conductivity, and then the concentration ratio of the recycle water is calculated through the salt concentration. Factors affecting the conductivity measurement are discussed. The result using the conductivity method doesn＇t show significant difference with that using the chloride concentration method.
