摘要
介绍了以铟冶炼生产过程中产生的废液—萃铟余液为原料,生产高纯铁红的小型试验情况。萃铟余液经过中和残酸、除砷、锑、铜、镉等杂质后,用空气氧化法将溶液中的二价铁氧化,并严格控制氧化过程的温度和酸度,使铁以针铁矿的形式沉淀出来,再经离心分离与洗涤后,进行煅烧,得到高纯铁红,产品经检测达到国家优等品标准。
The waste solution in indium metallurgy is as raw material to produce high purity ferric oxide, firstly, it is purified after removing impurity such as arsenic, antimony, copper, cadmium etc., then oxidizing ferrous by air and under the control of temperature and acidity during oxidization process to make ferric deposited as ferric oxide. High purity ferric oxide will be obtained after filtering, washing and roasting, it reached our state standard.
