对有效整合锰矿“金三角”地区锰资源开发的战略思考

A Strategy Thought of Mn Resources in "Three-Region" Development of Mn Ore

渝东南的秀山自治县,黔东北的松桃自治县,湘西自治州的花垣县并称为中国锰矿的“金三角”。锰矿资源是该地区的宝贵资源,其储量占全国总储量的30%以上。但是由于各自为政的行政区划将天然的整体板块性资源分割得支离破碎,使资源优势难以转变为经济优势。所以,对锰资源进行有效整合开发,实行区域联合互动式发展,充分发挥产业集群“效应”,已势在必行。

Mn ore are precious resources in this region, the volume of which is more than 30% in total volume of China. Because of separated districts and different natural regions, resources advantage will be difficult to be changed into economy advantage. So, an efficient exploiting project of Mn resources will play a very important role in group efficience and exchanging developent in regions. This is a trend of our time, also an inevitable choice out of cruel competition.
