摘要
以不同盐基度的高纯聚合氯化铝(PAC)为原料,按不同配比分别与阴离子分散松香胶,在一定条件下进行预混合反应,制得PAC改性阳离子分散松香胶。用光散射粒度仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪研究PAC改性阳离子分散松香胶的电位、颗粒粒度分布及其红外特征。通过plus90粒度仪分析发现,松香粒径均发生了较大变化;通过红外光谱分析证明,该阳离子松香胶有反对称和对称伸缩振动两个强吸收带,其吸收波数分别为1596cm-1和1425cm-1;也证明了阳离子分散松香中的—CO双键和—COOH酸根均与PAC发生了化学反应,生成了多羟基松香酸铝。通过改性反应,PAC改性松香胶的电位由负变正,在m(松香)∶m(氧化铝)=1∶0·3时达到最高值28·8mV。
In this paper, cationic rosin sizes were prepared by premixing anionic dispersed rosin size with extremely pure ployaluminum chloride (PAC) with different basicities. The PAC-modified rosin sizes were characterized by zeta potential, particle size and FTIR. The results showed that the particle sizes of the rosin sizes changed greatly while both the double bond --C = O and the -COOH reacted with PAC to form multi-hydroxyl aluminum salts of the rosin acid after the PAC treatments. Through the reaction the rosin size became positively charged, Al2O3/rosin = 1 : 0.3, zeta potential of premixed admixture is tiptop 28.8 mV.
