摘要
用自治场方法(它等价于无序相近似)理论上研究了量子阱中电子气的静态响应和它对外加点电荷的介电屏蔽.发现屏蔽势表现出各向异性和Friedel振荡行为.
We present a theoretical study of the dielectric response of the electron gas in quantum wells and the dielectric screened potential of an external charged point using the self-consistent-field dielertric formulation,which is equivalent to the random-phase approximation. It has been found that the screened potential shows the anisotropy and the Friedel oscillation behaviours.
