摘要
研究不同水分梯度对羊草生长及无性系分化的影响,研究结果表明:在不同水分梯度下羊草生物量积累曲线和无性系分化曲线、生长曲线皆为单峰曲线.水分过少或过多,都将抑制单草生物量积累和无性系分化、生长,不同的水分梯度之间存在显著的差异,水分过多,最先影响地下干重,其次是地上干重,而对无性系影响较弱,甚至在一定范围内,即使水分状况已明显影响羊草生物量积累,而仍能够显著促进无性系分化、生长,这充分表明了羊草种群的生态适应特点.
The character divergence of Leymus chinensis and its clone under water gradient at individual level in hothouse are studied. The results indicated:the biomass curev、clone differentiation curve、clone growth curve were all sigle-peck carve under water gradient,it that the water gradation was very big or small would restrain the L. chinensis growth and its clone growth. It significantly affect not ohly the clone's growth but also the clone's differentiation that were growing under different water gradation. That the irrigated water was excessive would reduce under-ground dried weight first,uppetground dried weight next, but influence the clone weakly. The excessive water was in a certain long range that had restrained the accumulation of biomass,but could still accelerate the clone growth and differentation. Such fully proved that it was one of L. chinensis population eclogy adaptation.
