摘要
探讨了休闲体育的基本特点,分析了休闲体育活动对大众健美操运动的要求,论证了休闲体育与大众健美操的关系,提出了开展休闲体育活动的基本措施.
This paper explores the Basic characteristics of recreational sports, analyzes the demand of recreational sports for public calisthenics sports ; demonstrates the relationship between recreational sports ,and public calisthenics sports ; and provides the essential measures for developing recreational sports by using the methods of literature commentary and logical analysis.
