摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对山东省高校1000名大学生余暇体育的现状进行了调查与分析,并对发现的问题提出了建议。研究结果表明:加强余暇体育的统一组织与管理,加大体育场地、设施的经费投入和提高场馆的使用率,充分发挥教师在余暇体育中的作用,是推进我省高校余暇体育更好发展的当务之急。
Survey and analysis were conducted about the leisure time gym in 1000 college students in Shandong Province by adopting literature datum, questionnaire and . mathematical statistics. Suggestions were put forward about the problems. The study result showed that it is essential to strengthen the leisure time gym unitary organization and administration; it is important to increase the input of sports field and availability factor of stadium; it is also necessary for teachers of physical education to give full play in leisure time gym. Only through the above mentioned method can we push the leisure time gym in advance.
