摘要
WTO文本是正规的国际法文件,具有特殊的文体及篇章特征。本文基于大量真实的WTO语料,考察WTO文本的语言现象,分析其特有的句法特征,并探讨其汉译的一些策略。
WTO legal texts as formal documents of international law possess their own styles and discourse features. This paper, based on a large of corpus of authentic WTO texts, examines their linguistic, particularly their syntactic features and the strategies for translating such texts into Chinese.
