数字鸿沟是当代信息社会中的一个畸形的、愈演愈烈的世界性问题。论述了数字鸿沟的表现形式、产生原因,根据中国信息化发展状况,详细阐述了消除我国数字鸿沟的对策。
The digital divide is an abnormal and increasingly intense problem in the world in the modem information Society. This paper expounds the expression forms and geneses of the digital divide, and according to the developing situation of Chinese Informatization, expounds in detail the countermeasures for eliminating the digital divide in our country.
