摘要
介绍了国有企业民营化后企业劳动关系管理发生的变化,分析了企业劳动关系的管理现状,就如何改善此现状提出了若干合理化建议。
This paper introduces the changes of the management of the labor relation that have been taken place after the privatization of the state-owned enterprises, analyzes on the present situation of the management of the labor relation, and puts forward some rational suggestions on how to improve such situation.
