试论科学发展观与高校管理

The Scientific Concept of Development and the University Management

从科学发展观的角度出发,提出了突出办学特色、树立科学的办学理念、培养和吸引人才、形成独特的校园文化、推进人文教育与科学教育的融合、用信息化带动管理的科学化等改革学校管理的建议。

Starting from the angle of the scientific concept of the development, this paper puts forward some suggestions on reforming the management of university such as laying stress on the features of the school running, cultivating and attracting the talents, forming the special campus culture, promoting the integration of the humanistic education and the scientific education, and driving the scientificalization of the management with the informatization, etc.
