对“和谐”一词的内涵和意义做了解释,从营造积极向上的工作环境、培养员工主人翁精神、建立新员工同化制度、开展各种信息沟通与文体活动等方面,探讨了构建和谐高校图书馆的途径。
This paper explains the connotation and meaning of the word of ＂harmoniousness＂, and probes into the paths for constructing the harmonious university library from aspects of building the active and upward working environment, cultivating the master spirit of the personnel, establishing the assimilation system for the new personnel, and developing various information communication and cultural/sport activities, etc.
