摘要
BT为人们提供了一种全新的资源共享方式,图书馆作为文献信息服务机构,应积极运用BT技术为广大读者和用户提供服务,同时也应注意BT服务中的占用带宽、磁盘伤害、版权等问题。
BT provides the people with a total new resources Sharing mode. Being as a literature information service institute, the library should make active use of BT to serve the mass of readers and users, and at the same time should pay attention to the committed bandwidth, disk damage, and copyright, etc. in BT service.
